Please note that due to the unique nature of our Crinkle fabric, items must be returned in their original packaging to ensure they reach us safely.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Place the items in their original polybag with all tags and hygiene strips attached, ensuring the signature Crinkle fabric is not compressed or damaged.
Label and Post
Print your prepaid shipping label generated from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at your nearest authorized collection point.
Verification and Refund
Once our quality control team confirms the items meet our return standards, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
